Mobile home park, trailer park, manufactured housing community, mobile manor,… There are dozens of names and sub-categories that fall under the Umbrella Term, no matter which variation you choose, but I prefer mobile home park. RV Parks while different, are so similar that the two investments types overlap more than 50% and they are included in my brokerage focus here at Future Real Estate Enterprise.

While many Agents and Brokers have heard of this niche, few specialize in it long term.
